In January of 2005 Clif established the concert band, which is unique in Methodist Churches in Arkansas. Beginning with only three members; the number has now grown to 25 youth and adults, of which 12 are members of the band program in the Bryant School System. In exchange for free lessons, students agree to attend rehearsals on Sunday afternoons for one hour and perform in three major performances for Easter, Christmas, and July 4th.
In July 2005, Clif composed the music, wrote the orchestration, produced all the advertising, and conducted the performance for the first annual ?Concert for America?. The concert which is open to the community, pays tribute to our service men and women, firefighters and law enforcement officers. With over 15 years experience and expertise in directing, composing and arranging music, Clif composed the music and lyrics for the 2007 Christmas Cantata ?Awesome God?, which will be available along with many other compositions on this site.
